The Out & Equal Workplace Summit is the premier global gathering where LGBTQ+ professionals, executives, and allies come together to spark change. Over the course of several days, thousands of leaders connect, learn, and collaborate on building workplaces where everyone belongs and thrives. It’s a high-energy mix of visionary keynotes, cutting-edge workshops, and powerful networking that fuels the movement for workplace equality.
Transforming the Conference Into an Experience
As Creative Director, my role was to bring that energy to life. From shaping the Summit’s theme and developing its visual identity to curating immersive experiences across stages, screens, and spaces, I ensured every detail tells a story. I transformed the Summit into not just a conference, but a vibrant, memorable experience that aimed to inspire action long after the event ends.
