As Creative Director, I led the development of a comprehensive business case designed to both drive sales and showcase the tangible value of inclusion. This multi-faceted package elevated how the organization communicated its impact, featuring refreshed sales decks and presentation materials, data-driven storytelling, and compelling video narratives that brought the mission to life. I also directed the creation of new digital and marketing assets to strengthen engagement across channels. A cornerstone of this effort was the launch of the first-ever annual impact report, which captured achievements, celebrated community stories, and provided stakeholders with a clear, accessible view of measurable progress.
